Sample Answer

Even though, tourism has played a vital role in economic world, it also brings several kinds of problem such as the damage of environment and historical places. Large amount of people opine that tourists should pay the additional tax for their worst actions. I strongly agree with this statement. I shall focus on the 2 main reasons to support my opinion.

One of the reasons to supports this issue is the responsibility. Tourists are people who come to visit another countries which means it is not their homeland, they are not allow to ruin places, people or even environment. For example, when they become visitors, they should follow and respect other traditions and cultures. If they try either ignore the rules or destroy it, they have show that they are apologise for their bad behaviour and this situation will not occur again by pay the tax. Thus, it is the reason why they should pay the money for their action.

A further point to consider is the law. Every country all over the world has rules and punishments to control people who are not law-abiding. In addition, Japanese people are totally strict with their law. If tourist are not be good followers they have to deserve the punishment which is pay for the damages. Nobody can escape this rules. It is the fact that everyone has to follow. Therefore, they cannot abscond it.

Having analysed the issue it is clear that, tourists should hold the responsible by paying for their terrible actions. There can be no doubt that they are doing wrong so, they should deserve this. In the future there will be more and more tourist attractions. People should preserve, not destroy and keep it as good as they can for people in next generation to learn it.
